Mondelēz International in Antwerp is seeking a Demand Planning professional for a 15-month fixed-term assignment. You will develop the 0-24 month IBP forecast by brand and SKU, coordinate input from sales, marketing and other partners, and review the short-term demand plan across SKU/location and weekly pacing.

You will compile and finalize the detailed demand plan per SKU and adjust it with feedback from supply planners and commercial teams, while interacting with the modelling team to generate

• Experience in IBP/S&OP environment
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Team player capable of working with multiple functions daily

Responsabilités

• Develop 0-24 month IBP forecast by brand and SKU.
• Coordinate and challenge inputs from sales, marketing and partners.
• Review disaggregated short-term demand plan with SKU/location mix and weekly pacing.
• Provide finalized demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust it based on feedback.
• Manage forecast compilation including short-term weekly plan and long-term forecast.
• Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting.
• Participate in IBP process and manage the demand planning tool.
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement.
