Mondelēz International in Belgium is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst for a 15-month fixed-term assignment. You will develop the 0-24 month IBP forecast by brand and SKU, coordinate with sales, marketing and other partners, and deliver a detailed demand plan to supply planners.

The role requires experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment, IBP/S&OP exposure, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Travel is limited; relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business administration, economics, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develop the 0-24 month IBP forecast by brand and SKU level.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and other partners to input blocks.
• Review and refine the disaggregated short-term demand plan by SKU/location.
• Provide finalized demand plan to supply planners and adjust based on feedback.
• Analyses root causes and supports continuous plan improvement for service levels.
