Bacardi seeks a Market Demand Planner for BeLux to own local demand forecasting and align cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. You will enrich forecasts with market insights and drive S&OP consensus to improve service levels and profitability.

As a Demand Planning professional, you will transform data into actionable insights, challenge forecasts, and lead discussions with senior stakeholders while maintaining accurate historical data and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Demand Planning and forecasting.
• Experience owning or contributing to demand planning processes.
• Experience participating in and driving discussions within the S&OP process.
• Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and demand drivers.
• Ability to challenge forecasts with data and market insights.
• Experience with planning systems such as SAP BI, SAP IBP, HANA, or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Enrich local forecasts with market insights for 0–4 months horizon.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve forecast quality.
• Analyze market volumes and adjust forecasts by channel as needed.
• Own and drive the demand planning process for the BeLux market.
• Lead demand discussions and provide insights to support decisions.
• Ensure robust demand plans for leadership reviews.
• Track forecast KPIs and drive improvements.
• Support Portfolio & Product Lifecycle with local insights.
• Maintain high-quality historical data to improve accuracy.
• Act as the voice of demand within the business unit.
• Build relationships with commercial and supply chain stakeholders.
• Lead demand reviews in the S&OP process.
• Challenge assumptions with data-driven insights.
• Influence stakeholders to reach consensus on demand plans.
• Communicate forecast changes, risks, opportunities, and impacts.
• Coordinate with CoE demand planners on major impacts.
