Job summary

Halian Group is seeking an experienced IAM/PAM Engineer to join its IT team in Brussels, Belgium. The role focuses on configuring, developing, and integrating IAM and PAM solutions to enable secure, streamlined access across the organization.

Your responsibilities include implementing IAM/PAM workflows, integrating new apps and profiles, and providing incident support while coordinating with external partners. Excellent English is required; Dutch or French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT-related field.
• 5+ years IT experience required.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, VBScript, Python and Bash.

Responsibilities

• Configure, tune, develop, and maintain IAM/PAM solutions including Identity, Access, Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management.
• Integrate new business applications, systems, roles and profiles into IAM/PAM environment following best practices.
• Provide technical support, investigate incidents, coordinate updates with external partners as needed.
• Design and implement IAM/PAM workflows, approvals, and new features per business requirements.
• Streamline user provisioning and access governance, configure platform integrations and automated reporting.
• Participate in IAM/PAM projects and audits and collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
