Axians is hiring an IAM Engineer in Belgium to support and enhance Identity & Access Management platforms, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, federation, and provisioning services. You will deploy, patch, monitor, and optimize IAM components while collaborating with cross-functional teams on infrastructure transformations.

You will manage certificates, configurations, and vulnerability remediation, and contribute to automation and documentation to improve operational efficiency,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Linux-based infrastructure and middleware environments.
• Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management platforms.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Release, and Problem Management).
• Good understanding of ITIL best practices.
• EU Citizenship and availability to work in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support Identity & Access Management platforms, including authentication, authorization, federation, and provisioning services.
• Perform deployments, upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Monitor IAM services, investigate incidents, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements to enhance system stability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.
• Participate in application integrations, migrations, and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Manage certificates, security configurations, and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Manage incidents, changes, releases, and problem records following ITIL best practices.

IAM Engineer (Belgium)

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an IAM Engineer to join our team in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms, ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of authentication, authorization, identity federation, and provisioning services. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to infrastructure transformation projects, and drive operational excellence through automation and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Manage and support Identity & Access Management platforms, including authentication, authorization, federation, and provisioning services.
