Randstad Sourceright is partnering with Daikin to recruit top engineering and business support profiles in Belgium. The Talent Advisor will drive direct sourcing and candidate management for open roles from the Brussels Anderlecht office, with occasional travel to Ostend.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience recruiting engineering or supporting business roles.
• Experience sourcing and interviewing professionals.
• HR expert able to lead HR projects and advise on Talent & Organisational Development.

Responsabilités

• Guide intake meetings, screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.
• Build a robust talent pool through market research and outreach.
• Present candidates, extend offers and negotiate to acceptance.
• Be single point of contact for Hiring Managers on assigned requisitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide sourcing and screening support.
• Advise client on recruitment strategy and understand business needs.
• Ensure recruitment activity is captured in real-time in ATS or databases.
• Act as brand ambassador for Daikin and raise market awareness.
