UCB is seeking a Corporate Strategy Design & Management Lead to shape the company's long-term direction from our Brussels office in Belgium. You will translate executive vision into strategic priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment across the organization, collaborating with senior leaders across multiple functions for enterprise-wide impact.

You will drive strategic planning, assess market developments, and support decision-making to strengthen UCB's future

Qualifications

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience in biopharmaceutical industry and healthcare dynamics.
Experience across pharmaceutical value chain and strategy environments.

Responsabilités

Lead and coordinate the company's annual strategic planning process and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Translate priorities into clear objectives, measurable outcomes and actionable plans.
Assess industry trends, market dynamics, risks and opportunities for strategic decision-making.
Partner with senior leaders to align strategy with financial planning, sustainability and culture.
Drive high-impact cross-functional projects to support growth and transformation.
Develop strategic narratives and materials for executive leadership and Board discussions.
