Job summary

Henkel invites a motivated law student or recent graduate to join our legal team as a 6‑month intern across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. From day one you’ll engage in real business matters, support contract management activities, and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced multinational company.

You will work with Senior Legal Counsels, contribute to GDPR and privacy initiatives, and help prepare training materials while developing practical legal skills and cross-border

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or Business Law.
• Fluent in English with either French or Dutch.
• Proactive, pragmatic and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available for a 6-month internship starting January 2027 and eligible to work in Belgium.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contract management including drafting, review, negotiation, amendment, termination and archiving of a wide variety of agreements.
• Support GDPR and privacy activities with the Data Protection Delegate.
• Advise on marketing and commercial activities including campaigns, packaging and claims.
• Conduct legal research across diverse areas of law.
• Contribute to training materials and knowledge sharing.
• Support daily legal team operations and contract databases.
