Henkel Belgium is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join a multinational legal team spanning Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. You will draft, review and negotiate Commercial contracts in a B2B/B2C setting, support corporate housekeeping, and advise on real estate matters across the Benelux region and France.

You will act as a strategic partner, collaborating with HR, Finance, IT and Purchasing, contributing to governance, antitrust compliance, and digital initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in corporate law and commercial contracts, ideally cross-border or international.
• Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in French and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements in a B2B and B2C environment across Benelux and France.
• Manage corporate housekeeping matters in Benelux, consulting with external legal advisors.
• Provide legal support on real estate issues, including leases, purchases and facility agreements.
• Contribute to dispute resolution and assist with risk mitigation strategies.
• Embrace legal innovation, including AI-driven legal tools and digital platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Corporate Communications, and external counsels when necessary.
• Be a strategic partner to the business, offering initiative-taking and practical legal guidance.

• Languages: Fluent in English, with strongproficiency in French and Dutch;
