ILIAS Solutions is seeking a junior Scrum Master to help keep defence software squads moving in a Spotify-inspired structure. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner with Market Product Managers and Tech Writers to align sprint goals and documentation.

A mentoring setup with senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches supports your growth. The role is permanent, full-time, with a hybrid schedule (2 days on-site per week) and eligibility for national/NATO security clearance.

Qualificações

• Up to 2 years of experience in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure clear, actionable outcomes.
• Identify and remove impediments; escalate blockers with stakeholders.
• Refine backlog with Market Product Managers and ensure sprint readiness.
• Collaborate with Tech Writers to align documentation with sprint goals.
• Monitor Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-Squad dependencies with Scrum Masters and Chapters.
