BIG WATER CONSULTING (BWC) in Brussels is seeking a Java Developer for a hybrid 50/50 on-site and teleworking role on a permanent contract. The position is suitable for developers with strong Java and Spring Boot experience and a focus on microservices and cloud-ready architectures.

You will work in an Agile team to design, develop, test and integrate software, delivering sprint backlog items and product increments.

Qualifications

• Java with Spring Boot expertise required; minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices and software architecture.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to design, development, testing and integration in an Agile team.
• Deliver sprint backlog items and valuable product increments.
• Collaborate with team members across domains to meet squad targets.
• Engage in cross-technology integration including distributed and mainframe components (preferable).
