Pauwels Consulting seeks a Business Analyst to translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for IT systems development and enhancement. You will collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers to align requirements and ensure compliance, delivering functional specs and project artefacts through the lifecycle.

You will coordinate with external vendors and design robust UAT tests to validate outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a business analyst in IT projects.
Proven ability to create User Stories, Story Maps, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
Experience with UAT validation and non-functional requirements.
Technical knowledge of data integration in Azure cloud or SaaS environments.
Strong Java or .NET background to discuss solution design.
Vendor management experience.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

Gather detailed requirements and functional specifications for the development and improvement of IT systems.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers to align functional and legal requirements.
Develop functional specifications and produce project-related deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure required functionalities are accurately implemented and validated.
Design user test cases and validate results during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase.
Maintain process documentation and create reusable assets for the organization.
