Job summary

Veepee is seeking a motivated HR & Office Management intern to join the Benelux HR team. You will work on diverse projects across soft HR, Fleet and Office Management, reporting to the Office & Fleet Manager and collaborating with HR colleagues.

This internship offers hands-on experience at Europe’s leading e-commerce flash sale platform, with a hybrid work setup (minimum 3 days on site and up to 2 days at home) and guidance from a young, international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor student in HR/Office Management or related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Dutch or French knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to commit to a minimum 6‑month internship starting July.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of HR and Office Management projects, ensuring quality, timing and communication.
• Serve as Talent Acquisition lead and HRBP for interns in the Benelux organization.
• Provide receptionist backup and support on site.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues inside and outside HR.
• Adapt to a hybrid work model with on‑site and remote days.
