Syensqo SA is offering an internship as a Finance Data Analyst Intern in Brussels. You will design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor financial performance and support FP&A activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a quantitative degree such as data analytics, data science, finance or related.
• Familiarity with Power BI and ability to design effective visualizations.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (SQL or Python).
• Curious, proactive and collaborative, with strong communication.
• Fluent in English. Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for financial performance monitoring.
• Clean, transform and integrate data from multiple sources for reliable insights.
• Collaborate with FP&A and finance stakeholders to capture reporting requirements.
• Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast performance and identify key trends.
• Optimize dashboards for performance and user experience.
• Automate recurring FP&A reporting and analyses where possible.
• Explore predictive analytics to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics and AI to improve FP&A efficiency.
• Document processes and create training materials for users.
