Job summary

Syensqo SA in Brussels, Belgium, invites a Data Analyst Intern to design and maintain Power BI dashboards for FP&A, forecasting and performance management. You will collect and clean data from various sources, collaborate with finance stakeholders and help automate reporting processes.

The role requires familiarity with Power BI and SQL/Python, strong communication, and fluency in English. The internship blends on-site work in Brussels with teleworking a few days weekly.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Familiarity with Power BI and ability to design clear visualizations.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably SQL or Python.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor financial performance and indicators.
• Collecting, cleaning and transforming data from multiple sources for reliable insights.
• Collaborating with FP&A and finance stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Supporting analysis of actual performance vs budget/forecast and identifying key drivers.
• Optimizing dashboards for usability and user experience.
• Automating recurring FP&A reporting and exploring predictive analytics.
