Siemens is seeking a Financial Project Controller in Belgium to lead planning, controlling, and reporting for the business unit. You will partner with management, develop dashboards, and drive cost efficiency across the organization.

The role requires strong financial analysis, SAP proficiency, and fluency in Dutch with good English. A hybrid work setup with some remote days is offered in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong ability to interpret key financial statements.
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
• Fluent in Dutch with good English communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, controlling, and reporting for the business unit.
• Partner with management by providing insights into performance, risks, and forecasting.
• Develop models and dashboards to optimize cost flows.
• Conduct budget vs. actual analyses, benchmarking, forecasting and reporting.
• Analyze and optimize cost structures based on cost accounting.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and support cost booking accuracy.
• Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders from budgets and forecasts.
• Define and monitor KPIs to drive business goals.
• Design follow-up models to quantify benefits of efficiency plans.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations.
