TRACTEBEL in Brussels is looking for a Business Controller to provide financial governance and optimize structure costs across the Business Unit. This role involves financial reporting, analysis of performance, and collaboration with various stakeholders in an international context.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 5–7 years of experience in financial controlling, and fluency in French and English. The company offers a competitive salary and benefits, including flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in financial controlling, financial management, audit or advisory roles.
• Strong expertise in Excel including complex pivot tables.
• Comfortable working with large sets of financial data and turning them into insights.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end financial steering of structure costs across the BU.
• Deliver clear, decision-oriented analysis of monthly performance.
• Produce executive-level reporting and communication for BU Management.
