Bridgestone EMEA is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to join the Logistics and Supply Chain team in Zaventem. You will ensure compliance across import/export flows and collaborate with multiple functions to optimize procedures and controls.

The role requires 3–7 years in trade compliance or EU customs law, English proficiency, and experience with SAP or customs software. A Master’s degree is preferred and a cross-functional, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics or related field.
• Affinity with Logistics or Trade Compliance certifications is a plus.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in international business, project management, trade compliance or EU UCC customs law.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operational compliance for all customers and all import/export/transit flows.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Manufacturing/Engineering, Quality Assurance, Master Data and Sustainability.
• Create and maintain the training schedule for the compliance community.
• Support the Trade Compliance Manager with ongoing and new projects related to customs and Trade Compliance regulations.
• Optimize customs facilities usage, including FTA usage and suspension regimes, and origin management.
• Harmonize contractual agreements with customs brokers while maintaining relationships with authorities.
• Monitor AEO self-assessments, internal control programs and customs SOPs.
• Monitor tariff classification governance through My Tower and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Monitor customs broker declarations, CBAM reporting and EUDR DDS statements through My Tower.
• Support internal and external customs audits.
