ILS Benelux (BE) is looking for an Import/Export Compliance Specialist. This role ensures compliance with EU Customs regulations and supports daily import/export operations, including the review of shipping and customs documentation.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience in Import/Export Customs Compliance and proficiency in customs tariff classifications. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, and experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Import/Export Customs Compliance.
• Proficiency with customs tariff classifications and ECCN classifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Monitor Global Trade Management system transactions on hold.
• Validate and maintain customs tariff classifications.
• Support audit and compliance reviews as assigned.
