VeroTech is seeking an embedded software developer to join our community, tackling challenging industrial temperature measurement projects and interfacing with sensors, instrumentation and related hardware.

You will design, implement and test embedded C/C++ software on ARM Cortex-M4/M7 platforms, review interfaces against functional requirements and align software with sensors and hardware in a demanding industrial context.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, applied or industrial sciences, electronics, computer science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of software development in C.
• Solid knowledge of software development in C++.
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M4/M7 platforms.
• Knowledge of communication interfaces such as SPI, Ethernet, USB and BLE.
• Knowledge of embedded operating systems and a basic understanding of electronics.
• Familiarity with GIT and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of C# is a plus.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, EN18031-1 or IEC 62443, is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop embedded software for temperature measurement systems.
• Implement C code for embedded components and applications.
• Test software components to support reliable embedded application behaviour.
• Review interface specifications against functional requirements.
• Align software interfaces with sensors, instrumentation and associated hardware.
• Contribute to the continuous development of embedded applications within a technical engineering team.
