• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in electromagnetic design is preferred.
• Experience with electromagnetic analysis tools and CAD software.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead electromagnetic design, testing, and field follow-up for high-speed motors.
• Oversee development lifecycle from prototyping to serial production.
• Organize lab test setups, test planning, and documentation for validations.
• Support magnetic design, validate prototypes, and assess suppliers with SQA teams.
• Engage in thermal or material compatibility analyses and cross-team consultations.
• Use CAD/CAE/FEM and PDM tools; contribute in a hybrid on-site role at Wilrijk.
