CASH by Batopin is seeking a Process & Data Analyst to enhance operational processes through data-driven insights. You will document, map and optimize processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement a company-wide framework for process management.

You will train process owners, monitor KPIs, and support data-driven transformation initiatives with a hands-on, collaborative approach. Fluent English and Dutch or French are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process analysis, business operations, data analysis, quality management or continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with ability to translate data into practical actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to challenge constructively.
• Hands-on mindset with curiosity and ambition to grow in analytics or transformation.
• Familiarity with BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, Power BI, Excel.

Responsabilités

• Document, map, and validate end-to-end operational processes.
• Analyze process data to identify gaps, bottlenecks and dependencies.
• Translate insights into opportunities for optimization and risk reduction.
• Develop a company-wide process management framework and data quality rules.
• Coach process owners to document and maintain processes with reliable data.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track adherence, efficiency, quality and risk.
