Expleo is seeking a seasoned Validation Engineer in Belgium to lead automotive testing efforts, focusing on hybrid powertrains and automatic transmission. You will define validation strategies, sign off results, and coordinate cross-border testing facilities across Europe.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive testing, leadership experience, and proficiency with CAN tools and Matlab. A strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and a flexible work approach are expected.

Qualifications

• Master in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive testing and testing facilities.
• Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage.
• Experience in technically leading a team.
• Proficiency with CAN tools and Matlab software.

Responsabilités

• Define the validation approach for domain(s), including virtual validation.
• Sign-off on validation results for domain at SOP or milestones.
• Execute part of the extended product design validation test plan and ensure milestones are met.
• Provide practical knowledge to the organization with work instructions for technical cases.
• Convert abstract test needs into real test requests.
• Translate long-term planning into weekly planning and resolve roadblocks.
• Prepare, coordinate, perform data analysis and reporting of development tests.
• Familiarize with testing facilities across Europe and collaborate cross-disciplinarily.
