Job summary

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and welcomes an HVAC Manager in our Energy team. You will work in a collaborative environment with mentoring and continuous learning, focused on site planning, moves, and space management.

You will handle workplace standards, drafting proposals, and as-built documentation, while coordinating furniture and inventories. Fluent French and/or Dutch are preferred, English an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in facility management, civil engineering, construction, or environmental engineering.
• Knowledge of technical maintenance including HVAC and electrical systems.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch; English is an asset.
• Analytical, logical, and numerate with strong planning abilities.
• Autonomous, flexible, and well organized with good prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace space: registration and monitoring of standards.
• Coordinate moves: drafting proposals and planning moves.
• Monitor site, complete as-built documents after implementation.
• Handle operational and administrative tasks.
• Manage furniture inventory, contracts, purchases, and inventory control.

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new HVAC Manager in our Energy team.

As a HVAC Manager at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Your responsabilities:

• You are in charge of the workplace space management, including registration and operational monitoring of standards,
• You will coordinate moves, including drafting of proposals,
• You are charge of the planning of moves, monitoring of the site and completion of as-built documents after implementation,
• You are responsible for operational and administrative tasks,
• You are in charge of the management of furniture (desks, cupboards, chairs, ...) with recording and operational monitoring of standards, monitoring of contracts and purchases and inventory management,

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor/Master in facility management/civil engineering/construction or environmental engineering,
• You have knowledge of technical maintenance (HVAC, high voltage, low voltage, fire prevention and control, elevators, sanitary facilities, etc),
• You are fluent in French and/or Dutch, English is an asset,
• You are able to demonstrate an analytical, logical and numerate approach,
• You are autonomous, flexible and organized, also very good in planning and prioritization.
