Redwire Europe in Belgium is seeking an experienced HR Manager to align HR operations with business objectives across Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland. You will lead a growing team and drive strategy, policy, recruitment and engagement.

You will oversee daily HR functions, develop and implement policies, manage compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, and performance management, while collaborating with senior leadership and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR management experience with regional scope across Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, labor laws, and local regulations.
• Experience with payroll, learning management systems, performance management, and talent acquisition.
• Languages: Dutch (native) and professional English.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily HR functions and processes across Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Design, implement, and maintain HR procedures and policies aligned with strategic goals and legal requirements.
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition across regions in collaboration with TA experts.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration ensuring market-aligned offerings.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and confidential matters with professionalism.
• Engage stakeholders including employees, leadership, and managers to drive HR initiatives.
• Strengthen performance management processes and provide tools to line managers.
• Lead learning and development initiatives and growth plans for the workforce.
• Monitor and drive employee engagement, welfare, travel, training, and canteen programs.
• Provide team leadership and mentorship to the HR function.

As we continue to improve our HR department, we’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in aligning our HR operations with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Being a strategic business lead to enhance our HR strategy as we grow, we’re currently a group of almost 200 employees and continue to grow.

HR Management

Oversee daily HR functions and processes across Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, ensuring smooth and efficient HR service delivery that aligns with local and organizational standards.

Policy Development and Implementation

Design, implement, and maintain HR procedures and policies to support strategic goals while adhering to best practices and legal requirements (with support of our HR Generalist).

This also covers translation of corporate policies to European standards including overall governance to learning and development, recognition schemes, performance management.

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple regions, working with our Talent Acquisition Expert to forecast, attract, assess, and onboard talent.
• Compensation & Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of benefits packages (together with our HR Generalist), ensuring competitive, fair, and consistent offerings that align with market standards and local regulations. Advising leadership if changes are needed.
• Employee Relations: Foster an open, positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts in a constructive, confidential, and professional manner.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with individuals or groups affected by or capable of influencing HR policies and organisational projects, key Redwire stakeholders include employees, executive leadership, and line managers.
• Performance Management: Leading the performance process, ensuring that our people managers have the tools they need to manage our talent.
• Learning and development: Our company can only grow when our people do. Ensure that we have growth plans in place with a scala of learning opportunities.
• Employee engagement: Analyzing the yearly employee engagement data, creating relevant business action points and following suit. Administrative oversight of health & wellness, travel, training and canteen.
• Team Leadership: Manage the wider HR team providing guidance and mentorship.

Desired skills/experience/knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with strong business acumen and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with human resource systems such as payroll, learning management, performance management and talent acquisition.
• Solid understanding of regional HR compliance, labor laws, and employment regulations. Have profound knowledge over the standards in Belgium and eager to gain knowledge about Luxembourg and Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of HR Management experience, with expertise in overseeing regional HR operations and a proven track record in team leadership.
• Leadership abilities to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment that reflects our company values.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
• Experience in communicating throughout multinational environments including active listening skills.
• Languages: Dutch Native & Professional English
