Vivid Resourcing in Belgium seeks an experienced Freelance HSE Supervisor to support industrial projects across Antwerp and Ghent.

You will provide on-site HSE supervision for scaffolding, insulation, and turnaround works; conduct safety meetings; ensure contractor compliance; and actively identify and stop unsafe practices.

Qualifications

• HSE/Safety supervisor experience in industrial environments.
• Experience with scaffolding, insulation, shutdowns or turnarounds preferred.
• Strong, assertive personality to push back on site.
• Professional English; Dutch is a bonus.
• Available to work across Antwerp and Ghent.

Freelance HSE Supervisor - Antwerp & Ghent

Industry: Industrial Services / Chemicals / Steel Manufacturing

Location: Antwerp & Ghent, Belgium

Contract: Freelance - 12 months

Schedule: Part-time initially approximately 1.5 days/week in Antwerp and 1 day/week in Ghent.

Language: English; Dutch is a plus

• Support a turnaround/shutdown project at the Antwerp site.

• Follow up on HSE observations and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Previous HSE/Safety Supervisor experience within industrial environments.
• Experience with scaffolding, insulation, shutdowns or turnarounds preferred.
• Strong and assertive personality with the ability to push back on site.
• Professional English; Dutch is a bonus.
• Available to work across Antwerp and Ghent.
