Sia is seeking a Manager HR, Transformation & Change to lead a small team and expand capabilities in the Dutch market. You will drive HR transformation projects for large accounts in Belgium and the Netherlands, while developing new business opportunities and shaping digital HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree holders with consultancy background preferred.
• 4–7 years of managerial experience in a consultancy firm.
• Strong commercial skills and energy for business development.
• Interest in data and AI-related topics and emerging technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and expand the HR Transformation & Change team across Belgian and Dutch markets.
• Acquire and deliver projects in HRTC for major accounts and new clients.
• Present unique approaches to managing transformation using data-driven and digital HR solutions.
• Develop and promote offerings in Future of Work, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience.
