Syensqo invites motivated HR students to join the Benelux team in Brussels for a 6‑month internship. Based in Belgium, you will support day‑to‑day HR activities across the Benelux region and gain hands‑on experience in an international, multicultural environment.

You will learn HR fundamentals, systems, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, and project work while traveling between Belgian locations. The internship includes an allowance (500€–1100€ gross monthly) and coaching from

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, HRM, business administration (HR), psychology, or related field.
• Based in Belgium.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
• Based in Belgium and willing to travel regularly between Belgian locations.

About The Role

Are you a motivated student with a passion for Human Resources and looking to gain hands‑on experience in an international environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Benelux HR team.

As an HR Intern Benelux, you will support the day‑to‑day HR activities across the Benelux region. Based in Belgium, you will regularly provide on‑site support at our Brussels office as well as at our Dutch‑speaking production sites.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of HR processes while working in a dynamic and multicultural organization.

You will bring:

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Human Resource Management, Business Administration (HR), Psychology, or a related field.
• You are based in Belgium.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
• You are organized, accurate, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team.
• You are interested in gaining practical HR experience within an international organization.
• You are willing to travel regularly between our Belgian locations.
