Bayer in Diegem is offering an internship within the Fleet division, providing guidance and a chance to work on a thesis project in a dynamic, international setting.

You will support daily HR activities, act as a first point of contact for employees, draft communications, and explore digitalization initiatives with AI and automation. This role emphasizes independence and personal development in a team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Office skills and interest in digitalization.
• English and Dutch are essential; French helpful.
• Ability to handle HR information confidentially and draft communications.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for employees and draft communications, brochures, FAQs, and surveys.
• Support the HR team and perform general HR tasks in consultation with colleagues.
• Contribute to projects while learning from professionals and supporting daily tasks.

• Working with MS Office holds no secrets for you and comes naturally.
• Digital skills: AI, as well as e-forms and automation. Someone with a knack for -or interest in -delving deeper into these areas to digitize certain processes.
• Good language skills (English, French, Dutch); English and Dutch are the most important.
• Ability to handle HR information confidentially

• Ability to work independently on a task or process.
