The role covers payroll preparation support, onboarding coordination, absence tracking, and HR reporting within a collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• First relevant HR experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Accurate, structured and communicative.
• Positive and flexible attitude.
• Hands-on team player.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll preparation and HR administration.
• Coordinate onboarding for new staff.
• Track absences, workplace accidents and trainings.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees.
• Assist HR Business Partner on HR projects.
• Prepare HR reports.
• Liaise with interim agencies and external partners.
• Verify invoices and process orders.
