Job summary

Skechers is looking for a HR/Personnel Administrator to support the Benelux personnel administration, including payroll, across the region. The role is temporary (7–12 months) with flexible hours (full-time or part-time).

You will work with HR and Finance to ensure accuracy, consistency and excellent service during the employee lifecycle. Candidates should have a solid foundation in personnel administration, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting administration and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with HR systems and process improvement.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.

Responsibilities

• Support personnel administration across the Benelux region.
• Assist payroll and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain employee files in line with GDPR.
• Input and verify timekeeping records.
• Support HR projects and system-related tasks.
