TMC is seeking a Junior HR Officer to join our Zaventem office. You will support HR operations, invoicing, events and facility management while acting as a first contact point for employees. A master's degree in HR or related field is preferred, with 0–2 years in HR or admin experience. Dutch and English are required, French is a plus.

You will work full-time on-site in Zaventem, contributing to onboarding, contracts, holidays and payroll tasks in a growing tech-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in HR, Business or related field.
• Experience in HR or administration is a plus (0–2 years).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and HR processes.

Responsabilités

• Administer HR activities including contracts, holidays, onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle invoicing, accounts receivable and payroll processing support.
• Organise events and support facility and office management.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees in HR matters.
