Redwire Space in Kruibeke, Belgium, is seeking an HR Generalist to strengthen our HR team. You will manage HR administration, recruitment, learning & development, and payroll backup, ensuring smooth operations across the employee lifecycle.

In a hybrid setup (3 days in the office), you’ll partner with managers and engineers to drive HR projects, optimize processes, and deliver a great employee experience for about 200 staff and consultants across Belgium and Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
• Experience in a scale-up or SME is a big plus.
• Comfortable with international and changing work environments.
• Familiarity with HR systems and automation; Hibob is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Expert people skills; open-minded and structured.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding all sorts of people related questions and soft HR topics.
• Support the performance review cycle.
• Manage HR administration focusing on contracts, healthy strategic balances, accurate financial data, etc.
• Take the lead in our L&D framework: developing learning paths and supporting our learning strategy.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, absences, benefits, insurance, etc.
• Act as backup for our hard HR expert, including backing up international payroll.
• Lead recruitment for supporting roles (finance, IT, PMO,…) and back up for technical roles.
• Handle reporting to global company levels and internal reporting.
• Work closely with HR colleagues and the business to optimize workflows and HR services.
