Accenture is seeking an HR Generalist to support a Belgian business unit, with two days per week in Ghent area and time in Brussels. You will own the employee lifecycle, advise leadership on local HR matters, and partner with payroll, HR, and external vendors to drive employee relations and policy compliance.

You will collaborate within a dynamic HR team across Belux, France and Mauritius regions, and may lead small projects across the HR spectrum.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience as an HR Generalist, Employee Relations or Field HR.
• Fluency in Dutch is a must.
• Ability to pivot from HR business partnering to Employee Relations topics.
• Team player, data driven, able to navigate a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with consulting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the local HR agenda and manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to departure.
• Be the first point of contact for local HR matters and policies.
• Advise leadership on local HR aspects, strategy and people topics.
• Coordinate HR administration with payroll and external vendors.
• Serve as the go-to for Employee Relations on ethics, compliance and sensitive cases.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits on people plans and initiatives.
• Manage HR data and provide analytics for decision-making.
• Help draft, maintain and implement HR policies across the organization.
