Cytiva is seeking an HR Generalist for a fixed-term 12-month on-site role in Hoegaarden, Belgium. You will support the local HR team across the country and entities, handle first-level HR requests, HRIS data, payroll coordination, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, some HR experience, and Dutch and English language skills. You will participate in process improvement and help adopt AI-driven HR tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level HR experience required.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level HR support to employees and managers, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Support HR team in day-to-day HR operations across the local entities.
• Administer and maintain HRIS data and data accuracy with HR vendors, generate basic reports, and assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate with Payroll Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
• Support HR documentation, record-keeping, and compliance activities.
• Participate in process improvement projects and support the adoption of AI-driven HR tools.

Supports local HR team in delivering efficient and effective HR operations across the country and legal entities. Provides first‑level HR support, manages HRIS data, coordinates payroll, maintains documentation and compliance, and participates in process improvement projects. Reports to the HR Manager.
