Sia in Belgium is seeking bright consultants to join our HR and Change practice, focusing on people, processes, and performance. You will work on change management, HR transformation projects, and development initiatives across sectors.

The role requires a Master's in a relevant field, 0.5 to 3 years of consulting experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. You should be autonomous, collaborative, and eager to apply data and AI insights to our clients.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Engineering, (HR) Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
0.5 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
Strong interest and experience in HR/Change.
Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
Fluent in Dutch and English; willing to work in Belgium and abroad.

Responsabilités

Contribute to change management in customer programs and projects: communication, training and support plan.
Engage in HR management and HR performance management activities.
Support HR development: recruitment, career, training.
Assist HR tools and information systems: project management and implementation.
Support social management: studies, HR document drafting, negotiation preparation.
