Sia is seeking bright and dynamic consultants to build relationships and deliver results in Belgium. You should have a strong academic track record, up to 3 years of consulting experience, and a passion for HR and change management.

Expect diverse projects across financial services, energy, industry, transport and logistics. You will engage in HR development, HR tools and information systems projects, and contribute to Sia's growth through business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• University Master degree and 0–3 years consulting experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Good interest in HR and change management.
• Analytical mindset; able to synthesize options into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, rigorous and committed; willing to travel across Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to change management initiatives in client programs and projects.
• Support HR management, CSR and HR KPI development and delivery.
• Assist HR development activities: recruitment, career, training.
• Support HR tools and information systems projects; project management and implementation.
• Contribute to social management studies and negotiation preparation.

You will be involved in projects across different sectors: Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Industry, Transport and Logistics.

You will mainly work on the following topics:

• Change management in customer programs and projects: communication, training and support plan, digital or collaborative strategy definition.
• HR management and HR performance management: HR function organization, CSR, HR KPIs,…
• HR development: recruitment, career, training, …
• HR tools and Information systems: project management and implementation
• Social management: studies, HR document drafting, negotiation preparation

Qualifications

• University Master Business Engineering, (HR) Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
• 0 to 3years’ experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in HRand Change
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. Dutch is a must
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments all over Belgium and abroad (e.g. France)
