Sia in Belgium seeks consultants to build relationships and deliver results across diverse sectors including Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Industry, Transport and Logistics. You will work on change management, HR management, recruitment, training, and HR systems.

Fluent in Dutch and English, you have 0.5 to 3 years of consulting experience and are prepared to travel within Belgium and abroad (e.g. France) to support projects.

Qualifications

• University Master in Business Engineering, (HR) Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• 0.5 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Strong interest and experience in HR/Change.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics with the ability to quickly build expertise.
• Languages: Dutch and English fluent/native.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments all over Belgium and abroad (e.g. France).
