Job summary

Sia is looking for bright and dynamic consultants to build relationships and deliver results across Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Industry, Transport and Logistics. You’ll work on change management, HR development, recruitment and HR tools, with opportunities to participate in Sia’s internal initiatives and business development.

You will join an international, diverse team that values well-being, training and personal growth, and you’ll have the chance to contribute to client projects

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Languages: Dutch fluent required; French and English also beneficial.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and quick ability to build expertise.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to change management in customer programs and HR topics (recruitment, training, CSR).
• Assist HR management and HR performance initiatives and HR tools & information systems projects.
• Support social management studies and negotiation preparation.
• Contribute to development of Sia’s offer and to business development activities.
