Saint-Gobain is seeking an HR Business Partner in Belgium to strengthen the employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, training and engagement. You will work closely with the HR Manager to execute and improve the site people strategy, drive HR projects, and build strong connections with production teams and schools.

The role combines hands-on HR execution with project leadership, focusing on operational excellence and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proactive, solution-oriented and responsible with the work floor.
• Experience or strong interest in recruitment for production/technical roles.
• Basic project management skills and structured follow-up.
• Familiarity with Belgian payroll and social laws is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; local language desirable.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen the employee experience across the full journey from attraction to exit.
• Execute, coordinate and continuously improve HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, learning and engagement.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to bring the site people strategy to life.
• Lead HR projects including onboarding, employer branding and school partnerships.
• Act as a proactive project owner, translating signals into concrete actions.
