European Investment Bank (EIB) seeks an HR Analyst – Employment & Rewards to coordinate HR processes, payroll, and benefits for local agents across External Offices. You will liaise with payroll providers and legal advisors to ensure accurate, timely HR services in a multi-national environment.

The role reports to the Head of Overseas Remuneration Unit and oversees remuneration, contracts, and data management in line with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Law, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience including payroll, remuneration or employment administration.
• Experience in international/m multicultural environments an advantage.
• Knowledge of HR policies and contractual matters.
• Proficiency in English and French; other EU languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate HR processes, payroll and benefits for local agents in external offices.
• Liaise with payroll providers and legal advisors to ensure compliant payments.
• Review monthly payroll outputs and coordinate amendments with legal reviews.
• Manage contracts, data updates and HR documentation across locations.
• Collaborate with Heads of Office and business partners for consistent HR services.
