Ageas in Brussels is seeking an HR Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle, translating priorities into practical actions and ensuring a strong employee experience across talent, engagement and development.

In collaboration with the Sr HR Business Partner, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding improvements, HR reporting and core processes, with opportunities to contribute to projects in Reward, Data, AI and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 5–7 years HR experience.
• Strong communication skills enabling collaboration with employees, managers and stakeholders.
• Data-driven, hands-on, and results-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and advise hiring managers throughout the process.
• Strengthen employer branding and contribute to clear, engaging HR communications.
• Coordinate and improve onboarding, offboarding, learning and engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR reporting to support decision-making and regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
• Support core HR processes such as performance management, talent review and workforce planning.
• Contribute to HR projects, policies and process improvements across HR domains.
