DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is offering an internship as a Housekeeping Supervisor Trainee through Hosco in Brussels. You will immerse yourself in hotel operations, supervise housekeeping activities, and learn to coordinate across departments to ensure impeccable guest rooms and service.

Ideal candidates study Hospitality Management, speak fluent French (English a plus), and are available from September 2025 for about six months.

What does this internship involve?

This internship offers a complete immersion in hotel operations, with a particular focus on managing the Housekeeping department. Working alongside our experienced team, you will play an active role in coordinating and supervising the team’s work in a friendly and stimulating environment. Your main responsibilities will include: Checking the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms: Ensuring that every room meets Hilton standards before guests arrive. Assigning and monitoring rooms to be cleaned: Allocating rooms to room attendants according to priorities and the hotel’s occupancy schedule. Quality control: Identifying any defects or issues relating to bedding, bathrooms, technical equipment, minibars and other room features, and ensuring they are promptly resolved. Interdepartmental communication: Working closely with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure that rooms are available on time. Managing guest requests: Ensuring that special requests, such as extra beds, rooms with a view or specific amenities, are handled correctly. Supporting management: Contributing to the training, motivation and supervision of the Housekeeping team. Contributing to Hilton’s service standards: Learning and applying upscale cleaning procedures and techniques.

En quoi consiste ce stage ?

Ce stage t’offre une immersion complète dans l’univers des opérations hôtelières, et plus particulièrement dans la gestion du département Housekeeping. Aux côtés de notre équipe expérimentée, tu participeras activement à la coordination et au suivi du travail de l’équipe, dans une ambiance conviviale et stimulante. Tes missions principales incluront notamment : Vérification de la propreté et de l’état des chambres : contrôler que chaque chambre réponde aux standards Hilton avant l’arrivée des clients. Dispatch et suivi des chambres à nettoyer : attribuer les chambres aux femmes/valets de chambre en fonction des priorités et du planning d’occupation de l’hôtel. Contrôle qualité : repérer les éventuels défauts ou manquements (literie, salle de bain, équipements techniques, minibar…) et assurer la mise en conformité. Communication interservices : travailler en étroite collaboration avec la réception et la maintenance afin de garantir la disponibilité des chambres en temps voulu. Gestion des demandes clients : s’assurer que les demandes spéciales (lit supplémentaire, chambre avec vue, amenities particuliers) soient correctement exécutées. Support au management : participer à la formation, à la motivation et au suivi de l’équipe housekeeping. Contribution aux standards de service Hilton : apprendre et appliquer les procédures et techniques de nettoyage haut de gamme.

Les bases du management d’une équipe Housekeeping. Les standards de propreté et de service d’un hôtel 4 étoiles international. La coordination entre plusieurs départements pour assurer une expérience client parfaite. Le sens du détail et de la rigueur, indispensables dans l’hôtellerie haut de gamme.

Profil recherché

Tu parles français couramment (l’anglais est un atout). Tu es étudiant·e en hôtellerie ou dans un domaine pertinent. Tu as le sens du détail et le goût du travail en équipe. Tu veux développer tes compétences en management. Tu es disponible à partir de septembre 2025 (flexible), idéalement pour une durée de 6 mois.
