NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for the Brussels region to lead the maintenance team and oversee on-site technical operations. The role combines leadership with hands-on problem solving to ensure reliable hotel facilities and guest comfort.

You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate inspections and monitor budgets, while coordinating with suppliers and other departments to uphold safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in technical maintenance, preferably in a hotel or service environment.
• Completed technical education in electrical engineering, HVAC or electromechanics.
• Fluent in Dutch or French; English knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Practical minded with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Structured work approach with clear overview under multiple issues.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with MS Office, SAP, CMMS/GMAO and BMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the maintenance team and provide hands-on technical support.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, installations and facilities.
• Analyse and resolve technical faults and operational issues.
• Plan statutory inspections, checks and safety controls.
• Monitor energy consumption, maintenance costs and budgets.
• Prepare project plans and maintenance schedules; ensure deadlines.
• Collaborate with external suppliers/contractors; monitor quality.
• Maintain contact with external authorities (e.g., fire brigade).
• Work with other hotel departments to ensure guest and staff safety.
