Responsibilities

• Lead during service and ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Direct room staff, students, extras & flexis and be the point of contact.
• Monitor stock and ensure sufficient supplies at all times.
• Maintain an environment that is pleasant yet productive, prioritizing efficiency, quality & cleanliness.
• Oversee and guide new job students and room staff as needed.
• Learn daily and drive continuous improvement in a evolving environment.
