As an All-round employee at BAVET in Oostende, you welcome guests with a big smile and help create the most “saucy” experiences for every customer, while co-managing spaghetti bowls and the service in a shining environment.

Qualifications

• You are a born host and team player.
• Previous hospitality experience.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic and positive team player.
• Strong people skills and good communication.
• Stress does not scare you; you are organized and structured.

Responsibilities

• Provide a memorable guest experience with a smile and deliver quality spaghetti bowls.
• Be a true team player and foster a pleasant, productive working environment.
• Monitor and direct new job students and room staff as needed.
• Keep stock levels sufficient at all times.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and a shining restaurant in front and back of house.
• Operate as a waste warrior and manage waste responsibly.

Within BAVET, a great customer experience is key. As an All-round employee, you are a true hospitality hero who welcomes guests with a big smile and ensures the perfect "saucy" experience for every customer. In addition, you are co-responsible for our delicious spaghetti bowls, whipping up the perfect spaghetti on the table in no time in a shining environment.

Responsibilities

• Having a meal at BAVET equals a memorable experience! Providing a wonderful customer experience is therefore your day-to-day mission. You welcome guests with a beaming smile, are bursting with energy and provide the most awesome spaghetti bowls with consistent quality ;
• You are a real team player who pays due attention to creating a pleasant yet productive working environment for your team. Efficiency, quality & cleanliness are crucial here
• You monitor new job students and room staff and direct them where necessary
• You keep a close eye on the stock and make sure it is sufficient at all times
• You make the restaurant shine both in front of and behind the scenes. Hygiene, quality and cleanliness are crucial to you! ;
• You are a true waste warrior ;
