You will own vehicle integration, edge-case analysis and test campaigns, with occasional travel. Proficiency in C++/Python, ROS 2, Linux, and MPC is essential.

Qualifications

• MSc in Robotics, Computer Science, Control, Mechanical, Automotive or similar.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant industry or research experience.
• Experience across motion planning, vehicle dynamics control, stability, control theory, Kalman filtering and MPC control.
• Proficiency in modern C++ and Python, and/or MATLAB/Simulink, with disciplined software engineering and testing practices
• Comfortable in Linux environments and ROS 2 (required)
• Deep understanding of vehicle and tire dynamics.
• Startup mentality: ownership, speed, hands-on and high standards
• Fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
• Applicants must already have the right to work in the EU. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilités

• Work across the planning-to-control stack for highway autonomy.
• Design and implement real-time algorithms to keep the vehicle safe and stable at high speed.
• Validate across simulation, SIL/HIL and on-vehicle testing.
• Collaborate with planning, perception, localization and systems engineers to close the loop end-to-end.
• Travel occasionally depending on testing needs.
