Zusammenfassung

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Customer Quality Manager Healthcare to serve as the primary quality partner for strategic Healthcare customers. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, supports quality projects, and drives new Healthcare business implementation across Contract Logistics operations.

You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver quality excellence, manage audits and quality agreements, and lead continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in a Quality Management role, preferably Healthcare/Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations (GDP, GMP).
• Understanding of ISO 13485 and regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary quality partner for strategic Healthcare customers.
• Lead quality discussions and address quality concerns with customers.
• Ensure alignment with customer standards, regulatory requirements, and procedures.
• Drive onboarding quality workstreams for new Healthcare customers.
• Review changes, risk assessments, specifications, and quality agreements.
• Represent Quality in audits, inspections, and QBRs.
• Collaborate with site quality teams and operations to drive improvements.
• Monitor action plans and promote continuous improvement.
