IQVIA Belgium is hiring a Junior Business Analyst to join the BAS consulting team. You will support projects for pharmaceutical, consumer health and public stakeholders, analyzing data in Excel and with Power BI/Tableau, and distilling insights into clear recommendations.

You'll learn rapidly, interact with experienced consultants, and gain client exposure from day one while developing analytics and consulting skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, economics, science, engineering or similar.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with strong professional English.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in data-driven problem solving.
• Solid Excel skills and motivation to develop further.
• Curious, structured, hands-on and eager to learn.
• Interest in healthcare; no prior healthcare experience required.
