David-Lloyd-Club is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to safeguard all club operations and ensure day-to-day compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. You will act as Duty Manager, oversee facility maintenance, and lead a team including self-employed contractors to deliver a safe, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate holds IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications, a Facilities Management qualification, and a proven track record in service-led facilities.

Qualifications

• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
• Facilities management qualification (HND, Diploma, etc).
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience in managing the maintenance of a facility.

Responsabilités

• Act as Duty Manager ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance.
• Lead and train a team including self-employed contractors.
• Ensure day-to-day health and safety regulations are followed in the club.
